Are you looking for a new way to meditate on God’s Word?  Are you creative?  If you answered yes to both of these questions, you have come to the right place!

Welcome to the wonderful world of Bible Journaling!  I call Bible Journaling “Creatively Meditating” on God’s Word.  It is all about spending quality time with God and meditating on His Word in a way that you enjoy as a creative person.

There are so many ways that you can start Creatively Meditating on God’s Word today!  Grab your pencil, paper, and a cup of coffee and let’s spend some quality time with Him!

God created us in His image.  He created, so we also were created to CREATE!

I cannot express the joy this process video by my team member, Lillian brings me.  If you do not know this about me, I am going to share a bit of my intimate life with you now.  October is pregnancy and infant loss awareness month.  This is dear to my heart because I lost my first child, my daughter, Faith, on April 15, 2014.  As most of the US sees this day as the day you have to get your taxes post-marked, it will forever be the day that my precious Faith was born into Heaven.  I was 24 weeks and 2 days pregnant with Faith when she went to be with Jesus.

You will notice that a lot of my printables and devotionals deal with the subject of faith.  Faith is forever in my heart and this is my way of sharing her memory with others so she can live on and make her mark on this earth.  If you have gone through the devastating loss of a child, my heart aches for you.  Know that you are not alone.  Feel free to reach out to me at any time.  I hope some of my printables in honor of pregnancy and infant loss bless you or someone that you know.  You may be surprised that in the US alone 1 in 4 women lose a child at some point.  My guess is that you know someone, but may not know about their loss.

What does this have to do with Bible Journaling?  Faith has changed my life in ways I cannot explain.  She has made me stronger as a wife, mom to both Joy and Hope, and as a human in general.  I am kinder, more open, and try to be more easy-going for sure.  Bible Journaling has helped me grow in my walk with God and makes me feel as though I can share Faith and our journey together.  God laid a resource on my heart earlier this year that I hope to have ready for pre-sale around the first of 2020.  I will reveal more as I move forward but know it will help so many going through pregnancy after loss.

Thank you again, so much, Lillian for putting this together!

Jesus, Coffee & Me – by Joy Howard

Psalms 46:1-3“God is our refuge and strength…”
Every day when I awake I have my time with God, my Bible, and my coffee. I find this is the best way to start my day. I find my refuge and strength for each day, in His Word.

Spending time in God’s word has become my favorite thing to do. From coming from disliking of reading… to reading the Bible with love and excitement now! I’ve learned a lot, and I am learning so much, because of Bible journaling.

I can now spend time reading the Bible, visualizing the words and the stories, then I can create what I learn into a picture, a doodle or a journaling page which in return helps me remember His Word.
I am blessed with God’s guidance in this wonderful learning process, and to be apart of this amazing community.
